Hello,
I have an interview with CMO / capital markets at Citi next week. I was wondering if anyone interviewed with them and have any advice/tips on what it's like.
Also, what does capital markets exactly do? I understand the general idea, but since CMO has so many groups within it, I'm having a hard time finding online everything about each group. Any advice regarding that?

It's showing as open on the Citi website but not through their Taleo jobs database. It's also not on LinkedIn and other major job search engines, so I'm just looking for some clarity here. Which would be more up-to-date -- Citi or Taleo?

Anyone have any experience or info on Citi's Structuring & Origination program? I.e. what does the analyst position entail specifically, what skills are most useful, how are the interviews like, etc.
Citi has the biggest and arguably the best debt desk on the street. In this environment, though, I don't know if it's a great idea to join any capital markets group..who knows what the environment will be like in a year.
