Capital Markets Career in Continental Europe

Hi,

I am an Italian student at a leading business school in Germany, that however is not strong in placing in London

I realized this too late unfortunately, but was thinking about orienting my career towards Capital Markets (ECM/DCM…) since I could see several success stories of non-German speakers who could make a career in this direction in Germany

Does someone have more information about it and which banks hire non-native German speakers who can work mainly in English?
