Capital Markets Exiting to Corporate Development?
I've been reading a common exit opportunity for investment bankers is corporate development. I understand why it's common for M&A bankers to do this but I'm wondering if bankers in the capital markets teams (ECM/DCM) also exit to corporate development. So basically my question is how feasible and common is it for capital markets bankers to exit to corporate development?
Thank you.
