At present, in the company where I work, we have some mandates for clients to raise capital, but this has not been a simple task.
Based on your experience, I would like to ask you some recommendations on the process of raising capital for projects/companies, especially in the first stage of identifying the most appropriate investors (private funds, venture capital, etc.) that might be interested because of their investment strategy.
What is your screening workflow? What sources of information are consulted? Is there a directory of private investment funds?
