career advice

debating whether I want to continue in finance altogether...I am grateful to be in my role and worked hard to get here, but as of late have been feeling like between the culture and job not feeling meaningful, maybe is not the right career path for me

After deliberation, I mapped out a few different paths that seem reasonable as a next step:

1. Can continue on in Finance and give it some more time to decide whether it is what I want to be doing longer term

2. Can pursue starting my own business. My dad found success in a not-as-sexy industry and made a great career for himself. I believe I would be able to find success following a similar path, however, (as stupid as it sounds), I don't find it to be an interesting industry, and not sure I would be passionate about it

3. I would completely change careers...go back to school and pivot into Tech

any thoughts would be appreciated as I'm truly debating between the three
