Career Advices After Graduation

I am graduating from a target uni in London this year and currently have two internships lined up in London, one for summer and one for the fall-winter. Summer one is MM investment banking and the fall one is for infrastructure private equity (AUM 30b+). IB internship is convertible but I am not sure about visa sponsorship and the second internship at a private equity is non-convertible. Since I don't plan on doing masters next year, I was hoping to know others in my shoes who had broken into investment banking after graduation.

Any advices on which application cycle or programmes to focus on and any personal stories of breaking into IB after graduation would be grateful!

Thank you in advance!!
