Career Help - REIB London

Hello all,

A chimp here and would really love some advice from more experienced people.

Very new into IB (6 months), am currently an A1 in a shop that does a lot of RE but have also been getting agri/industrial/tech deals that gets dumped to me (in 5 live deals). Non-M&A deal experience has been extremely good so far, basically doing everything on the deals. Went to top target but average GPA, took 8 months off after uni and now back grinding.

Would love some advice on how to get to a bigger shop. Been networking extremely hard but getting no responses or good referrals. Have contacts in BB but no headcounts.

I am at the point where I am extremely motivated but am stuck at an inflection point of not being able to pivot out due to lack of urgency in uni years.

What should be my next steps to recruit in London? Happy to provide more details on circumstances.
