Career options in Prime Services
Hi,
I work as a Trade support Analyst on the IT side of a BB firm in NY, handing trading issues for the prime services division. Prime services deal with hedge funds as their clients, proving brokerage, lending securities among other services. Although i work for Prime services, i havent got the bigger picture of prime services due to the scope of my work.
Can anyone comment on how work/compensation is in prime services ?
What are the different career paths and how lucrative they are .

I've heard good things about prime services (prime brokerage?). Compensation should be on par with S&T stuff, similar hours too.
