Career Progression: MO

Hey all, Just got some questions for those who are willing to help about MO

I have recently also started an MO job, and have just begun training. We have preset tech in place for most of our handling, so how hard is it to learn the programs? They seem rather complex and have many areas.

I also know that moving up to lead analyst, associate, and VP is about improving processes. How would I move up the ladder to eventual VP? Is it more about working hard and doing your job or is it something else?

What’s salary ladder? Can I be making 100k+ in 5 years?

In summary:

  1. We have preset tech in place for most of our handling, so how hard is it to learn the programs? They seem rather complex and have many areas.
  2. How would I move up the ladder to eventual VP? Is it more about working hard and doing your job or is it something else?
  3. What’s salary ladder? Can I be making 100k+ in 5 years?

Any response that answers is appreciated.
