Anyone have insight into their reputation and overall deal flow? Interviewing with them for lateral hire. Advisory practice seems very restructuring oriented. Any insight into % operational vs financial restructuring? Hired most often by lenders or corporates? Seems like they're a self proclaimed merchant bank, seeding and starting a few PE/distressed debt funds too. Curious if considered an IB or consulting restructuring practice.
