Cascadia Capital Comp?
Hi all, was thinking of laterally as I was looking at banks located in Austin? Does anyone have insight into what their salary is? Their glassdoor says Analysts make 175k, is this accurate?

It's below market. On par w/DA Davidson, Capstone Headwaters, etc.
Any idea what percent? Or total amount? The glassdoors for those other companies say ~180 for analysts so I guess Glassdoor is pretty unreliable. Thank you

Yea, the dude makes shit up. He’s a glorified bake-off specialist who spends more time in the gym than at work. The work life balance looks good though.
Their associate job postings show a salary range of $125k-$150k. I spoke to a recruiter there and she made it sound like they were reassessing base salary to be more competitive. So, may not be market but I would expect it to be higher than what job postings show after some negotiation.
