Cash vs Stock Comp
Can someone provide color on how comp is paid out in cash and stock?
I am assuming most BB payout comp as both cash and stock, but what portion of comp is cash and is there a vesting period? clawback period?
Similarly for EB which banks payout stock and which are cash only? vesting period?
Are MM banks all cash?
Usually analyst to associate is all cash comp starting from VP is when stock components kick in.
At a BB no clawbacks to stock comp but believe its vested over a 3 year period and if you leave you forfeit it
