Catch-up with Senior MD
Hi Monkeys,
After senior MD during a team call encouraged juniors to be 'more connected' to him and catch-up more often, I booked 15-20 minutes of his time for next week.
He isn't known to be a great chat, so I wonder how I can make sure we do not run out of topics within 5 minutes. Any great questions that you would ask?
Obviously will start with discussing projects we work on, football, his perosnal hobbies (skiing) etc, but any other ideas would be welcomed!
