CB and IB outside United States

To all the IB and CB people out there who work in any country apart from US, how would you say your country stacks up against US in terms of employment prospects right after graduation, salaries, comps, WLB, corporate culture? The overall vibe seems to be something to the effect of: "There is US and then there are other countries and not a single one can hold a candle to it". Would love to hear ops on this.
