I think what Salam Shpekov was saying is: When you seek reimbursement for the phone expense, ask for whatever portion back that you think is fair. As in: They aren't going to have a direct billing from your phone company for 75% of your account. Instead, you're going to pay 100% of your account and ask them to pay you some back. Use your best judgement to determine how much of it you should ask your company for.
