That's true. Tough to be missing opportunties to be doing other work / things when the exam might be cancelled.
It better be cancelled. ULTRA, March Madness, PGA Tour, and literally everything else that I look forward to has been cancelled, yet the CFA is on. Give me a break
Looking at the trajectory of the virus in China and the trajectory of influenza viruses of the past, it seems likely that coronavirus won't be seeing many new cases by June. However, if it's still raging on mid-April, I'm sure it will get cancelled. It's too early to cancel now, three months in advance for a virus that peaks after 1-2 months.

Ergo they stopped it in one month instead of two, bro. Italy shut down the entire country and it’s still spreading like wildfire, but we’ll see how it turns out a few weeks from now.

The June 2020 Exams have been postponed due to COVID-19 and new writing options will be sent to students in early May.

Damn!! Options in early May?? That is so vague. What are your thoughts on when we will have the chance to write?
They will contact NO LATER THAN May 8th for registerees to select alternative writing options. Their website says that the earliest chance to write will be December 2020, but that may fill up due to others registering for that opportunity. For CFA Level 1, they will have a Feb 2021 offering as well. I expect that on May 8, it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis with a capacity on the specific test center.
