Chances to move from legal sector (Tax) to IB

Hi all,

I'm currently a senior tax advisor in a B4 that is considering moving to IB but I am not sure if it is too late for me.

My background is the following:

I have studied law and business administration in a public university. I was the best of my class considering not only my studies but the whole university. Afterwards I started working at a B4 in their tax department and my career has been fast tracked a couple of years.

After finishing college, I received several scholarships for studying masters. As of now I have studied:

  • Master in taxation
  • Master in technology
  • MBA
  • CFA Level I (score above 90% percentile).

Finally, i'm currently preparing the CFA level II.

What are my options to change? What would you recommend me?

Thanks!
