Changes in operating assets and liabilities Question

Hi,

I am working on Amazon's valuation, bases on annual report 10-K year 2017, and a issue called my attention. The changes in operating assets and liabilities do not match to the variation we see on the balance sheet.

For instance: Change in investories on the Cash flows statement (2017): -3.583. Inventories on the balance sheet: 16.047 (2017) and 11.461(2016).....When we do the math, the change in invetories should be: - 4.586.

Why is that? If there is any adjustment, can we find it on the 10k?
