Curious as to what compensation in Charlotte looks like for the banks that have pretty large offices there such as Wells Fargo, BOFA, etc.
If anyone in Charlotte, or knows someone there, could share what bases and avg. bonuses look like across any level, would appreciate it. Also, although I assume lifestyle is the same as doing IB in any other city including NY, if there is a difference I am all ears.

One datapoint, a buddy at Jefferies Charlotte got a $125k bonus as a AN2 last August, so no discount from NY.
Damn that's pretty nuts considering how much lower COL is there. Thanks for the insight.

Industrial Software & Tech, Industrial Specialty & Distribution, Consumer, Food, and Retail (CFR)

Currently at WF Charlotte. Pay is the same as NYC and my coverage group works very closely with the same NYC coverage group. Moving between CLT and NYC is pretty common. Substantially cheaper lifestyle compared to NYC buddies.
