Chicago?
How is banking culture in Chicago in 2023? I’ve heard it’s more laid back than NYC and much more MM focused. Is this still true or has the culture changed?

Basically all MM focus with a couple BB satellite offices. Most of the EBs are MM focused. People are generally more laid back…but that doesn’t translate to better hours
