Chicago IB - Industry focus, trending up/down, and exit opps
Currently a first year analyst working for a startup PE firm. Looking to get into IB so I can pursue the traditional path to PE recruiting further down the line. Looking to have a better idea of the IB market in Chicago. What banks are there, what's their presence like relative to other intermediaries/offices, and are they trending up or down? Really just looking to understand more about the major players/EB, and MM firms with presence in CHI.
