Looking to break into IB with no experience. Graduated from a target school (non-finance major) but currently taking WSO classes and learning excel/modeling on the side. Trying to find smaller shops that may be willing/more open to off cycle hires. Not expecting anything soon obviously with this economy but wanting to be prepared for when it begins to uptick.
