Chronic Physical Disability Diversity Program Question

Hi all, I have a physical vascular condition that can be classified as a disability. However, it has little to no effect on my work, and I can usually relieve symptoms with a quick 2 minute break after sitting down for a prolonged period of time.

My question is, would it be worth applying to the diversity programs at various banks? The ones for women, POC, Indigenous population, and people with disabilities. I am a guy if that matters.

I have no other conditions, nothing mental, just this chronic condition that will stick with me for the rest of my life but currently well managed. Thanks.
