Please drop actual opinions on CIBC in America, specifically Houston. I know they bumped their base to $100k and bonus usually 50%-100%. Exit ops? Deal flow? Houston is solely Oil & Gas. I've seen a few Analysts that lateraled to Evercore from CIBC Toronto and I was wondering if their US operations are really viewed as that inferior to their Canadian operations.
