Citi 2022 Investment Banking Bonuses
Saw the below article saying bonuses were 10-15% higher than last year. Any truth to this? Can people post figures:

Article mentions base salary increases, not the recent bonuses. Very unexpected. Wonder how long it'll be before other banks follow
Wonder if that’s to make up for bad bonuses? Any color on bonus figures at Citi for associates and VPs
Did they just move to street 175/200/225? Or beyond that?
They're currently at street so this could imply bumping everything one level.
Why is Citi raising base whilst having initiated some lay-offs, how does that make sense? Why couldn't they just keep base where it was and retained the bankers they laid off?
Good PR. Raise the bases and cut the bonuses so total comp is lower.
