Anybody know what associate 1, associate 2, and associate 3 base is? Bonus would be great if data points exist, but just wondering about base. Wondering post the street base hikes for analysts / associates.

Interesting. Looking from the report, it looks like GS discount is not a thing?
It looks like GS pays $15k less than median throughout associate levels. Not sure how significant that is that given total comp is already above $250k.
Think GS discount is more meaningful to analysts (which the report doesn’t provide info on). 15k discount on $150k total feels way worse if you’re working the same hours as your peers at other IBs
