Strong reputation on the street, leading to great deal flow for a lean group (~10 ppl in NYC) within Citi. From what I’ve seen the group has a tight knit and flexible culture (WFH on Fridays, team comes in post 10am etc.) but be expected to work hard when needed (all nighters), strong exposure to sponsors and increasing focus on decarbonization (green hydrogen, plastic recycling etc.). Last year all 3 interns were HYPSW.
