Am an associate in another group at Citi, have spoken to a few other associates in the group as I was curious looking to lateral and they are all telling me this one guy who was recently hired is single handedly ruining the group
Do tell. I made it to final round but they opted to go with someone else. Would love to know what happened.
I’ve heard that he’s a nightamre to work with, he will keep analysts up till a stupid hour on pointless tasks, complete micromanager etc etc. I know a guy who used to work in the guy’s old group at Barclays and they said he had an HR case filed and everything.
