Citi EMEA background check
Hey, what vendor does Citi EMEA use in the background check process - is it still First Advantage? Also, when does the process usually start - shortly after signing the written offer, or closer to the start date?

The only interaction candidates have from my experience is filling out a form of qualifications, work experience, contact details etc. Have no idea who/what they did with that information.
Students that require a visa might have to do more!
They did contact all my previous employers
