I did both rounds with Citi Houston and wasn't too impressed. They've laid off a LOT of people and their office looked very disorganized. That was last Spring, so I'm sure the situation hasn't gotten any better given Citi's status. They take a lot of UT people though...
A couple years ago I interviewed with them, and I hated the people. Chris Miller is an MD there and he was just a dick. I prefer being in New York anyway.
I actually liked Miller and he was quite pleasant during my interview with him. The associates were mostly dbags though.
