I didn't receive the test and applied yesterday. My friends got theirs automatically after applying. Is it normal?

It's possible that the system is processing your application, and you might receive the test shortly. I received 3 emails:
Firstly they are closing the application due to technical issues and I'll receive a new link. The second saying I was rejected. The third one (sent at the same time as the second) says the position has been cancelled.
Have not yet received a new link :/
Anyone know what is the process after plum test? Hirevue or phone interview? I completed my plum on Friday
