CITI Job Process

I applied to one of Citi's positions nearly a month ago. The superday went fine and the interviewers said they would recommend me to the firm. Unfortunately, I have still not heard back from Citi. I sent a followup a week after the Superday and the hiring manager said they would get in touch with me once they have connected with the interviewers and senior recruiter. Did not hear back. So I sent another followup two weeks later with no response. Should I assume that I have been rejected?

FYI: Under my application, it still says "Business Review"

Probably not good news if its after a month, but keep at it elsewhere. Hiring is hot now so if you made it to a superday you're almost there.

Maybe unrelated but Citi has been complete ass in their lateral hiring process in the past 3-4 months. I had a recruiter reach out to me to schedule a call for some open positions (I feel like every coverage team is hiring at all levels) and then they just disappeared. I took it upon myself to then reach out to the actual bankers on said teams and the feedback was great, they liked my experience etc. I dont know what it is over there but theres a huge disconnect or breakdown in communication from the actual team to the recruiters.

What location is this? They put me on hold after a superday and said they'd get back to me in the coming weeks (this is in NY). Anyone have further color on this (seems like a waitlist but not sure)?

DId they move ahead with your application or provide any feedback?  I am in a similar situation, in fact they moved my application to a different Job code internally and is in Business review since last month
