I didn't get any reasoning test. Probably specific to the areas in which you're applying for.
I applied for investment banking, SA, London
I applied for IBD in New York, and I did not get this test. I know that tests are more common for positions in European offices, so I am willing to bet Citi gives the test to everyone applying to its London office.
