I have an interview with Citi's SOARS program and would like some insight to the process if anyone had gone through it.
- For those selected to interview, are there 1st rounds / 2nd rounds, or is it straight to the superday?

From what I've heard through people who have done the process, 1st round then superday. 1st round was with HR and straight fit. superday this year is supposed to be the 13th, but they seemed flexible. I haven't heard from anyone who has done the SOARS superday before
