Good group from what I hear with a good junior culture. Very decent deal flow and mining focused.
anyone know what timeline is supposed to be like? are they trying to get the process wrapped pre-christmas?
Good culture but when I was recruiting A2s didn't have any deals closed and they haven't returned summer interns last couple years
was it because of bad interns or just lack of headcount?

why are they recruiting so late? someone renege?
heard theres a huge disconnect between the TO office and HR (none sit in TO) so they hire on weird timelines and on more of a need basis
