Have heard it’s a sweatshop from friends that work there, analysts regularly work till 3 am with weekend work. Exit Ops are solid, same person exited to Partners Group after only 1 year.
Exit ops from the UK are terrible. Its no way to spend a career. You want beans for breakfast? Even Anchorage would be better career wise and lifestyle wise.

Work very closely with them + have a good friend there. Sweatshop for sure, but its a solid group with solid exits compared to other Citi teams

JP team is not comparable as all the UK teams sit within the sector coverage teams unlike how all the other banks run it, hence exits in these teams are more dependent on their sector.

How would you rank UK in comparison with the other 2 larger teams? (NatRes & Industrials), are they as sweaty as UK / or culture wise as solid? Or is it vertical dependant (I understand analysts are cross vertical in these teams)
And what % of work for the UK team is process
