the title says it all, which offer to take? Assume goal is PE exit.
Understand FIG groups are sweaty in general but appreciate any other insights as well.

BofA is pretty sweaty. Also not very friendly in interviews. I ended interview thinking I hope I’m not taken.
I have friends at both, and I honestly couldn't say which one's better. They're pretty much similar in deal flows/exit/culture. To me, it should be a choice of location tbh.
How have past exits typically look like ? UMM or? Or fig PE?
Again, it's not me but my friends working there, but from what I overhear, some HF (not the likes of Tiger Cub), almost no MF PE, very few UMM, decent in FIG and MM PE, some went to IR/Capital raising teams in buy-side shops. This is pretty much all I know.
