Any ideas on culture at the firm?
Hours, deal flow, exits?
Are they in office 5 days a week in NYC even with some seniors based in SF or is it hybrid?

based on what I was told
Pay - base is street, bonus is slightly below
Hours - varies by group. They have grown by acquiring multiple boutique M&A shops with industry focuses, so hours and culture generally match the boutique, but generally pretty chill
Culture - pretty good in NYC. Not sure about SF or other offices
Exits - mostly lateral to other banks, corp dev or LMM / MM PE
In office 4 days a week (Friday WFH)
What are top groups? What are banks you can lateral to?
Im guessing banks you can lateral to are better MM (RJ, Piper) /top MM (Blair, Baird, HL,Jeff)
