It’s on the same tier as like Regions. Definitely below most MM and BS MM banks. Is def below Baird/HW/Truist/SMB/Stephens imo. See most people lateral after their 2 years

My general understanding is they are a lifestyle bank. Pay under street with lighter hours. Seems more corporate banking style. My guess is you’d lateral to a Truist to a WF level bank
