Cleanest UberEats Orders in City of London
Hi all,
An2 in city of London, I have like 20 something £ a day to spend on food.
Since starting as an analyst 1 have put on a lot of weight I'd rather not have (used to exercise 2x a day in uni, but did not adjust my diet to match the fact I now go to the gym 1x on the weekend, maybe +1 a week)
I am basically following OMAD, (no breakfast / 200 calorie lunch of something very filling high volume) but am struggling to find good healthy dinner orders on uber eats. Please share through your top dinner orders on UberEats for weight loss, preferably high protein, lots of volume for feeling full etc., would all be much appreciated!
City of London surely theres a lot more healthy options compared to Canary Wharf.
Main differentiator is whether your firm does Deliveroo vs Uber Eats vs JustEat. Lots of good options on Deliveroo
Niche green (non-slop) bowls like Poke and stuff. Not a big fan of those personally. Would rather just have a farmer Js fieldtray
Yeah I only have used UberEats so maybe that's why, should start using deliveroo maybe and was trying to avoid the slop chipotle bowls haha.
But on Ubereats at least it's like a 50 minute order to get it from these sort of “simple health” “gym kitchen” etc. Type places and I have no idea what they are so I was a bit sus of them.

Eat Activ
I mean just take any salad place really. These shady places with “gym” in the name I don’t trust. Before you order check reviews on google as some of these are quite gross
I don’t like having a salad for dinner as I find it quite sad, Grain kitchen does the trick when I want something healthy but good
I lost a lot of weight having Salad Kitchen every night. Double chicken of course
