Cold Contact Through Linkedin? (no email listed in company website)

Trying to apply to a boutique firm, but their staff email are not listed on their company website, anyone tried cold contacting through LinkedIn InMail before for enquiries about hirings? Would anyone recommend it? Thanks :)

i did too, but only to college alums - made some very solid contacts, and landed a few 1st rounds outside of OCR

Did you use InMail or you managed to do it in the few characters available in the invitation request?

 

Honestly if you know the names of the employees you can likely guess the email. Firstname.lastname@company FirstLast@company FirstInitialLastName@company

That's how I emailed people and it resulted in an internship this summer.

That's true, but if don't get it right you'll never know if they ignored you or you just used the wrong e-mail address.

blasted connection requests, usually got accepted (I had a couple decent internships). Then followed up with regular mssging

Nah fam, when you send an email to an email that doesn't exist, the mail daemon sends you a reply saying your email couldn't be delivered. If you don't get an error email, it sent, otherwise try again. :)
