College junior - Need some advice

Looking for some advice on what to do about summer 2023 internships. I'm well aware most applications are closed, I have been spending my time trying to find as many boutiques and really anywhere else in finance who will accept my resume. I have have had a superday at boutique which went well and a big4 valuation spd which I was both declined for. Located in Chicago but I have been applying to everything in NY SF and LA as well. Also, had a buy-side internship this summer
