What am I missing here - how is this going to get regulatory approval?
Wow, what are the odds the merger won't pass regulatory approval given the size of the new proposed firm?
They'll probably end up selling some of the assets to Charter to decrease their market share
I believe they are reducing the member base by 3 million customers to dip below the 30% market share threshold.
Still don't know if that's enough for the government.
