I believe they are reducing the member base by 3 million customers to dip below the 30% market share threshold.

Still don't know if that's enough for the government.

 

Comcast owns MSNBC, right? I'm sure the DOJ will approve this deal.

And how about GS getting shut out of this (tentative) deal completely? And Paul Taubman acting as a one-man investment bank lol.
