Hello! I recently had an introduction call with a HH for a role in IR/Fundraising at an infra fund. He told me that they offered someone with 2 YOE 100k base (for a junior role), so I was wondering how much I could ask given that I have roughly 6 years of experience in total. I was thinking 130-140k base. But I'm not familiar with the pay structure in IR, so not sure if this is too high maybe? Any help appreciated!!
