I need to pull some comps for a company and need to narrow it down from like 5 to 2 and justify my reasoning. I dont need to spread them, just give reasons as to why I chose some over the other. Anyone have any advice, first time doing this. What indicators should i look at, indusrty, market cap, revenue, things like that. Thanks. Not sure if there is a simple approach people follow when doing this.
