Comps size difference
I found companies whose profiles fit mine pretty well, but the problem is that revenue is 2-8 x as much as the company I'm trying to value. Same goes for other size factors such as profit, EBITDA, etc.
Is there a general cutoff at which it doesn't make sense to take them into account anymore ?
