Computer Science major sophomore engineering internship, junior SA chances

I'm an sophomore at a target majoring in computer science and economics. Despite completing a part time IB internship this year, I did not land any SA IB offers and have accepted a well paying engineering position this summer. I'm doing a part time boutique PE internship right now though.

Will my lack of sophomore SA IB experience be a problem when applying for SA positions in junior year? Will my engineering internship after an IB internship be questioned?

Should I leave my summer engineering internship off my resume when applying for SA and focus on the IB and PE?

It sounds kind of odd that you got nothing back. Perhaps have another look at your resume. Nevertheless, stick with your engineering internship. Banks will be impressed, and as long as you affirm your interest in working for them when the time comes, it shouldn't be a problem.
