Confused on how to approach this summer??

Confused on how I should approach recruiting for this summer's internship..ultimately want to be in IB in NYC. I am applying to my school's undergrad business program right now but will most likely get in. Had a PWM internship and 3.9 GPA, what should I be doing in terms of internships? Sophomore programs at bulge bracket banks seem out of the question as my resume still has to say pre-business studies until I get in, and boutiques don't recruit till February. I feel like there is still things I could be doing outside of networking.
