Hey all - currently a 2nd year analyst at a BB who came across a lateral opportunity to Consello. Glance at the group seems interesting - impressive seniors from Citi IB leadership, partnership with Tidal Partners, and they recently did the Smurfit Kappa - WestRock deal. Does anyone else have any insight into Consello, especially with wlb, hours, comp and experience over there? Thanks!

Don't work there but we have run into them on some deals (BB Coverage) - small but growing team led by strong and extremely well-connected seniors (ex-Citi and Declan Kelly), almost everything they do is large-cap M&A advisory, very bright but hardworking people over there. Seems like a solid (but likely sweaty) shop looking from the outside in.

Brutal wlb - very lean shop + high-profile engagements = never-ending analysis and high levels of responsibility for the juniors.
Any idea if pay is par with street?
I've heard comp is generous cause of good economics given the lean teams and large cap mandates
