Brief about my profile : I bring on board the right blend of consulting & investment banking .I have 5+ years of experience (Post MBA) in Transaction/Advisory team of EY, PwC & M&A team of SBICAPs (India's largest Bank - Investment banking arm) & have executed M&A(7 deals/4 closed) & strategy projects in Industrial, Infra and Technology sector. My area of interest/skills are understanding value drivers of business, valuation and M&A.
